  • Sorry, but we’re only open from 1st June through to 30th November. (closed during the wet season)

  • Kydobi Country Park is situated at 127 Hume Road Biboohra, north of Mareeba, Queensland. The property is accessed via the Mulligan Highway.

  • We’re only 12 kms from town, pet friendly, open bush and most of all, at the intersection of the Tip, Savannah Way, Atherton Tablelands, Daintree Rainforest and of course the Great Barrier Reef. Either stop off on your travels or set up a base camp for day trips. Vans/trailers can be left here if required. We have good phone reception and are known for our great sunsets.

  • 10 acres of parking area with the freedom to choose your own spot.

  • Up to 37. Although sites aren’t specifically designated, allowing you the freedom to choose your preferred area.

  • $20.00 for a camp site per night (unpowered) which covers parking on the property, use of the amenities and communal fire pit, $5 per night for additional persons over 14 years, (children under 14 free). Powered sites are $25 per night per site.

    Advance bookings are not required, however can be taken via phone on 0472 713-595, messenger or email if you prefer.

  • Follow the link to the scheduling page and make payment with credit or debit card. Payment can also be made via cash or Pay ID on arrival. For alternate payment methods please contact us.

  • No, it’s accessible by a small 2WD car.

  • Yes it is. Kydobi Country Park welcomes your pet, we just ask that you keep them restrained as it is a working cattle property

  • Mareeba is 12km away.

  • We cater to all types and sizes of self-contained RV & Caravan trailers.

  • Yes, we are just 600m up the road.

  • We understand things don’t go to plan. Message us and we’ll provide a full refund if you’re able to provide at least 48hrs notice prior to check-in.

  • You can check in as early as 12pm (noon) and must be checked out by 10am.

  • Close to town, yet so tranquil.

  • Convenient stop on the way to Cape York.

  • Easy to tow a large caravan around without having to reverse or manoeuvre.
